REFUND POLICY Last Updated: June 2026

Many AMH B.A.N.D.O.E. products are produced specifically for you after an order is placed.

For this reason, all sales are generally considered final once production has begun.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Personal preference regarding fit or color

Customers are encouraged to review the Size Guide provided on each product page before placing an order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Upon review, AMH B.A.N.D.O.E. may offer a replacement item, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Please contact us at support@amh-bandoe.com to initiate this process.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only when approved by AMH B.A.N.D.O.E. after investigation of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact support@amh-bandoe.com.
