AMH B.A.N.D.O.E. offers Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more within eligible shipping regions.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information by email once an order has been fulfilled and tracking becomes available.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

AMH B.A.N.D.O.E. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer-provided address errors.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and then contact us so we can assist where possible.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
